Pinkalicious

Pinkalicious, written by Victoria and Elizabeth Kann and illustrated by Victoria Kahn, is the perfect book for any little girl (or adult) that thinks she deserves to be a princess. This New York Times best seller tells us a story from a little girl's perspective of how she ate too many pink cupcakes (against her parents' wishes) and woke up pink! Obviously her parents were concerned and took her to the doctor's office where Dr. Wink diagnosed her with a case of Pinkititis. The cure? No more pink cupcakes, pink bubble gum, or pink cotton candy. Instead? A steady diet of green food!

This book is whimsically written from the perspective of the main character, which makes many children enjoy the story even more. The fun and cheery illustrations also add to the appeal of this book.

Does Pinkalicious stick to her diet of green foods and return to normal or does she stay pink forever? Will Pinkititis prove to be contagious? Read this fabulous book to find out!
